Security Compass, a software security company that provides organizations with the knowledge, training, and technology to make software secure, is proud to announce that it has been named on a 2019 list of Best Workplaces™. Security Compass received this honor after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
The list of Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90 percent confidence and a plus or minus 5 percent margin of error.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year and at least 90 percent of employees must agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation). Certification is determined based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.
Security Compass is an organization dedicated to building a corporate culture and leadership philosophy rooted in its founding principle: to help build a world where we can trust technology. The company offers challenging work and cutting-edge research in an openly collaborative environment that encourages employees to explore ideas and test new theories.
“From the beginning, we have strived to make strategic investments in our people and to build a company that reflects ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ values, which has helped us to create a ‘high-trust, high-performance culture,'" said Nish Bhalla, CEO of Security Compass. “It's especially rewarding to know that this recognition is driven by employee feedback. We look forward to many more years of success driven by a strong corporate culture and extraordinary talent."
